Nose
Opulent sherry-kissed nose with dark fruit medley: raisin, fig and cherry, layered with toasted almond, cocoa and toffee. Vanilla and polished oak mingle with warm spice notes of cinnamon and clove, hinting at the sherry-cask finish. A bold, inviting aroma that promises richness and depth.
Palate
Full-bodied and opulent, the palate coats with velvet richness. Dried fig, raisin and orange zest weave through caramelised toffee and vanilla from American oak, while a pronounced sherry influence adds cocoa, almond and warm spice. The high ABV lends bold, mouth-coating warmth, finishing long with dark fruit, leather and lingering confection.
Finish
Long, warming finish driven by the sherry cask: dark fruits—raisin, fig and a touch of cherry—dissolve into cocoa, toasted almond and soft spice. Oak echoes throughout, leaving a velvety, lingering warmth that slowly tapers to a refined cocoa-kissed fade.
