Colour

Honeyed figs and caramelized brown sugar offer syrupy sweetness, with hints of polished leather and tobacco. Subtle cinnamon and nutmeg, plus a touch of orange peel, weave spice and a gentle nuttiness that rounds the aroma.

Palate

Bold and complex on the palate, an intense sherry-driven chorus of dried fruits: raisins, dates, prunes, woven with dark chocolate and espresso. A warming spice blend of cloves, allspice, and black pepper emerges mid-palate, allied with robust oak. Creamy treacle and molasses linger, with a gingerbread sweetness, finishing long as cocoa and sherry mingle with a final warm spice note.

Finish

Long and satisfying, the finish clings with rich sherry influence, unveiling waves of dark fruit, cocoa, and spiced oak. A warm, slightly dry tannic edge lingers as dried citrus peel and toasted nuts fade in and out, finishing with a soft note of vanilla and sherry-soaked fruitcake.
