Dufftown
(DUFF-town) Dufftown is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distillery in the town of Dufftown, Moray. It was founded in 1895 as Dufftown-Glenlivet in a converted meal mill, with production beginning in 1896. Mackenzie & Co acquired the distillery shortly afterwards, and Arthur Bell & Sons later bought Dufftown in 1933, making its spirit an important part of Bell’s blended Scotch whisky.
