White blossoms—honeysuckle and jasmine—rise over velvety sherry notes, with vanilla, almond and a touch of spice. Warm, inviting, and luminous, it promises a fruit-forward, alluring palate.
Palate
Vibrant fruit and delicate florals ride a silky, full-bodied palate. Ripe peach, citrus zest, elderflower and violet mingle, while sherry cask warmth yields fig and raisin with toasted almond. Rich, creamy, and slightly oily, it finishes long with spice, cocoa, and subtle oak.
Finish
Long, elegant finish delivering bright orchard fruit and floral depth, evolving into rich sherry sweetness. Notes of orange zest, dried fig and almond linger with a whisper of cacao and spice, carried by a warm, vanilla-tinged glow that persists.
