Crafted from a small parcel of casks, this whisky was distilled on the 11th of November, 2002. It was first matured in re-fill casks—a mix of hogsheads and barrels—before being finished in Oloroso Sherry casks for a second maturation of around three years.
The result is a whisky with honeyed sweetness, salted caramel, and vibrant passion fruit, beautifully balanced by savoury notes and soft cereals, leading to a delicious frangipane finish.
