Fresh cereal notes and barley sweetness mingle with a hint of malt, while delicate oak spice adds backbone. At 59.8% ABV the aroma stays bright and intense, with citrus rind echoing a lively, youthful Highland character.

High-strength yet polished, this whisky layers crisp cereal with bright orchard fruits—green apple, pear and quince—over vanilla-oak sweetness. The oak brings structure and spice, while the mouthfeel stays lively and slightly viscous. The finish is long and fruity, with a warm peppery kick and lingering oak echoes.
Finish
