Colour

Deep amber with mahogany depth and a warm copper glow.

Nose

Opulent Pedro Ximénez sherry aroma coats the glass: prunes, dried figs and juicy raisins meet candied orange, maple, and a touch of molasses. Rich toasted almonds, cocoa, and espresso drift through, while warming vanilla and subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—lend depth and a softly resinous oak finish.

Palate

Luxuriously velvety and full-bodied, this Australian single malt coats the palate with dark fruit—fig, date, raisin—plus treacle and toffee. PX maturation injects vanilla, cacao and brown spice—cinnamon, clove—woven with warm oak. A high ABV delivers a warming, long, polished finish with a trace of espresso and silky tannin.

Finish

Long, velvety finish infused with Pedro Ximénez depth: ripe fig and raisin mingle with dark chocolate and caramel, lifted by orange zest and gentle spice. Subtle oak warmth lingers, delivering a refined, dessert-like glow that slowly fades into a warm, lasting sweetness.
