Palate
Medium-bodied and richly honeyed, the palate unfolds with heather sweetness, butterscotch and crème caramel. Subtle peat accents mid-palate, while stewed fruits and tobacco add depth and a gentle dryness. A lingering sherry warmth carries a creamy, softly oaked finish.
Finish
Long and sherried, the finish lingers with dark-fruit sweetness—stewed plum and raisin—woven with toffee, crème caramel and a touch of peat. Tobacco and toasted oak fade softly, leaving a warm, refined afterglow.
