Nose
Opulent Pedro Ximénez-driven nose, rich with raisin, prune and fig, lace-draped with treacle and dark honey. Vanilla and caramel weave through toasted oak, while almond, spice and a gentle malt lift the aroma, revealing the distillery character beneath the cask sweetness.
Palate
Silky, rounded palate with sun-dried fig, raisin and prune, complemented by toffee, caramel and dark chocolate. The Pedro Ximénez cask influence coats the mouth with warm vanilla and spice—cinnamon and clove—while the distillery character softly emerges, yielding a plush, refined long finish.

Long and velvety, the Pedro Ximénez cask delivers a luxurious finish: dark fruit, raisins and toffee drift over warm, seasoned oak, with gentle spice and malt lingering as the sweetness fades into a comforting oak glow.
