The first Whisky ever made in the Cotswolds, the award-winning Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky is crafted using the finest locally grown, traditionally floor-malted Cotswold barley.

Rich and bold in character, the fruit forward notes result from maturation in highly active STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques. This is blended with Whisky matured in premium first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels which deliver notes of honey, red fruits and a hint of treacle.
