The Cotswolds Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky is a marriage of carefully selected and blended sherry casks. Each yearly batch is unique, drawn from the finest American and Spanish oak hogsheads and butts, some of which have been seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry and others with sweet Pedro Ximénez. All have been sherry-aged through their full maturation for a deeper and more flavourful Whisky. Full of dried fruits, chocolate and a touch of spice.

Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany-tinged depth.
Nose
Opulent sherry-driven aroma with dried fruits—raisin, fig and prune—woven with dark chocolate and cocoa. Hints of orange zest, toasted almond, and warm spices rise from rich oak, carried by velvety sherry notes from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez.
Palate
Rich and opulent on the palate, a tapestry of dried fruits: raisin, fig and date, woven with dark chocolate and cocoa nibs. Sherry-cask depth threads through, bringing toasted almond, espresso and a kiss of spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg. Full-bodied and velvety, with a warming, oak-driven finish that lingers with cocoa, fruitcake sweetness and refined sherry notes.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish of dried fruits and dark chocolate, threaded with spice. Sherry-cask maturation coats the palate in warm oak, leaving a velvety sweetness that lingers and slowly fades into a refined, warming glow.
