Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with ruby highlights and a coppery, wine-kissed glow.
Nose
Strawberry laces open with orange oil and candied ginger, a hint of furniture polish and wine gums lending a lacquered sweetness, finishing in caramel fondant.
Palate
Silky and lush, the palate opens with blackcurrant cordial and sultanas, folded with liquorice and maraschino cherries. Warm clove and cinnamon mingle with a creamy milk chocolate and condensed-milk sweetness, while cranberry accents provide a bright, tart counterpoint.
Finish
A long, opulent finish of dark chocolate and icing sugar, with a warming chilli glow, then freshly roasted coffee and a bright strawberry jam echo.
