Tasting Notes
Nose
An inviting, layered nose: vanilla and honeyed barley with citrus zest from the bourbon-barrel component, a whisper of peat, and oak-spice from STR casks. The virgin oak finish brings creamy vanilla and coconut, a touch of smoke and gentle char. Elegant, balanced English malt aromatics hint at sweetness, spice, and refined wood influence.
