Colour
Bright golden straw transitioning to honey-amber with a warm bronze edge.
Nose
An inviting, layered nose: vanilla and honeyed barley with citrus zest from the bourbon-barrel component, a whisper of peat, and oak-spice from STR casks. The virgin oak finish brings creamy vanilla and coconut, a touch of smoke and gentle char. Elegant, balanced English malt aromatics hint at sweetness, spice, and refined wood influence.
Palate
Silky, lightly peated across the palate, with vanilla, honey and citrus zest layered over soft toffee. Bourbon-barrel notes bring creamy sweetness and bourbon spice, while STR cask influence adds coconut and subtle fruit. Virgin oak finishes introduce a glossy char, warm oak spice and a cocoa nib echo. Balanced, approachable, with an elegant, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, refined finish with vanilla and toffee giving way to toasted oak and warming spice. The bourbon barrel and STR cask influences weave a creamy sweetness that lingers, touched by a whisper of smoke, then a dry, oak-tinged fade that invites the next sip.
