Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich amber with warm golden hues and coppery edges, a honeyed glow.

Nose

A complex nose of vanilla and citrus, with herbal hints of mint and sage. Fragrant notes of baked apple, peach, mango, dried apricots and cherries mingle with an almond background, while the oak reads as clean pencil shavings—precise and lightly woody.

Palate

Sweet and spicy on the palate, dry and woody with refined oak overtones. Cherries, apples and tropical fruits take the lead, while a peppery, tingling spice lingers. An oily, mouth-coating texture gives a rich finish that dries slightly.

Finish

Rich, oily and slightly dry, the finish lingers with a gentle peppery warmth and oak-driven depth, echoing almonds and subtle dried fruit as it slowly fades.
