Palate

At cask strength, the palate erupts with rum-soaked sweetness—dark caramel, treacle and vanilla, entwined with raisins and tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is luxuriously viscous, fat and velvety, carrying bold spice—clove, nutmeg, and a touch of charred oak—finishing long, warming, and delectably persistent.

Finish
