Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with burnished copper highlights and a sunlit honey-gold core.
Nose
Peat smoke swirls with creamy vanilla and rum-spun sweetness. Aromas of stewed apples, cinnamon and raisins emerge, framed by toffee, oak and hints of leather. The smoke remains generous yet refined, inviting winter warmth and a lingering, stylish depth.
Palate
Stewed apples and raisins mingle with cinnamon and a generous, smoky peat on the palate. The texture is full and silky, with vanilla, toffee and rum-kissed warmth from the cask, offset by dried fruit and a peppery, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, smoky finish with stewed apple and raisin sweetness, underscored by cinnamon. The rum cask influence adds a warm, tropical spice that lingers with oak and peat, fading into a refined, lingering ember.
