Palate

Silky and full-bodied, the palate envelops with rich sherry sweetness—fig, prune and raisin layered with almond, dark chocolate and toffee. Orange zest and baking spices—cinnamon and clove—rise over polished oak, with a whisper of salted caramel for warmth. The 57.6% ABV adds a focused, warming bite and a long finish of dried fruit, cocoa and leather.

Grand, long finish: rich raisin and fig sweetness, toasted almond, dark chocolate and orange zest mingle with velvety sherry oak. Spices bloom—cinnamon and clove—before a warm, lingering fade of toasted oak and a final ribbon of molasses.
