After the success of the 2020 initial release, The English Whiskey Co. have released the anticipated this 2021 bottling.

The tasting notes speak of baked apples and hints of almonds, however it does not convey the sublime rich oiliness of this Whisky; truly something to savour and enjoy.

A complex nose with citrus, baked apples and hints of almonds give way to a taste that is fruity with some lovely oak overtones; all ending with a rich, oily and slightly dry finish.

Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights.

Citrus zest and ripe baked apples unfold with delicate almond notes, wrapped in a luxurious, slightly oily perfume. The aroma hints at orchard sweetness, with subtle oak underpinning the bouquet.

Palate

Fruit-forward on the palate with citrus zest, baked apple and almond notes, balanced by generous oak. A sumptuous, oily mouthfeel coats the senses, finishing rich, yet slightly dry.

Finish

Long, luxurious and oil-laced, the finish coats the palate with a rich, velvety sheen that slowly fades to a lightly dry, oak-kissed note, with a citrus whisper lingering.
