This special release marking the Coronation of King Charles III is Bimber’s first expression crafted from a unification of multiple wood types. The base of ex-bourbon matured Bimber embodies our textural, fruit-forward house style, whilst a sympathetic addition of single malt whisky fully matured in red wine sourced from Bordeaux adds both additional structure and complementary flavours of plump berries, shaved chocolate and tanned leather.
This celebration edition of 1400 bottles at 52.2% ABV is presented with a gift tube adorned with an array of illustrations drawing from the life and passions of King Charles III and his accession to the throne.

Glowing amber with coppery reflections and a subtle ruby edge.
Nose
Opulent nose of Bordeaux-red wine influence mingling with bourbon fruitiness. Ripe blackberries and plums meet dark chocolate, with toasted oak and a whisper of tanned leather. The multi-wood maturation threads spice and refinement through the aroma, hinting at regal complexity and depth to come.
Palate
Silky and generously textured, the palate opens with the bourbon-matured core’s fruit-forward pose, then gains depth from Bordeaux red-wine maturation. Plump berries mingle with shaved chocolate, while a hint of tanned leather anchors the finish. Subtle spice threads through a creamy mid-palate, delivering warmth and a long, refined afterglow.

Long, velvety finish with plump red berries, dark chocolate and a whisper of tanned leather. Bordeaux-red wine influence adds structure and a refined tannic edge, while the bourbon backbone keeps it smooth, letting warm spice unfold into a lasting, luxurious echo.
