Produced at Weetwood Distillery using premium English malted barley and soft Cheshire water. It has been matured in American oak quarter casks which have been shaved, toasted and re-charred before being finished in European oak barrels. At every stage of the production process, a journey of many years, Weetwood gone to great lengths to generate flavour and character.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber with radiant golden hues and coppery undertones, a warm, honey-bronze glow.
Nose
Creamy vanilla with baked apple and ripe tropical fruit, framed by a delicate floral lift of jasmine, lavender and orange blossom.
Palate
Sweet, creamy malt envelopes the palate with orchard fruits and toasted hazelnuts, while a touch of green tobacco bitterness and peppercorn spice threads through the mid-palate, yielding a subtle, peppery lift.
Finish
Smooth and mellow, it lingers with orchard fruit sweetness and a hint of spice, as smouldering embers glow beside caramelised pineapple.
