This Special Release from Weetwood Ales is a celebration of two crafts brought together in a vibrant and distinctive expression. Six American oak quarter-casks were first filled with the brewery’s boldest and most flavourful beer—the Jester IPA—allowing its hoppy character to season the wood. These casks were then re-filled with whisky for finishing, resulting in a spirit where subtle tropical and citrus hop notes harmonise beautifully with the whisky's creamy smoothness. The outcome is an easy-drinking, approachable expression, limited to just 1,248 bottles.
