Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep golden amber with warm coppery edges.

Nose

Caramel, stewed apples and soft green fruit rise in a warm, inviting nose, suggesting malt-sweet undertones.

Palate

Peach and orange peel rise on the palate, with a dusting of brown sugar and hints of oak char, weaving orchard fruit into a subtly toasted sweetness.

Finish

Smoky, sweet fruit lingers—peach and orange peel carried by warm oak, fading into a coastal, caramel-dusted finish.
