Henstone's inaugural Whisky. This is a single cask, Single Malt which is beautifully smooth. It is mashed, distilled, aged and bottled at Henstone. This expression has been matured in ex-bourbon casks and has not been chill filtered or coloured.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural golden straw with a soft amber sheen.
Nose
Warm vanilla and caramel open the nose, with creamy honey and toasty oak in the background. Subtle coconut and malt sweetness mingle with pear and apple fruit, while bright citrus zest and a whisper of spice from the young cask linger on the scent.
Palate
Silky and creamy on the palate, with vanilla and honey from ex-bourbon casks, complemented by toasted oak, citrus zest and almond. A gentle peppery spice builds, finishing smooth, warm and lightly sweet with a clean, well-balanced glow.
Finish
Long, silky finish of vanilla and toffee, carried by creamy oak with hints of coconut and citrus zest. A gentle spice builds, warming the palate and lingering with a lightly oily, mouth-coating sweetness that reflects the ex-bourbon cask maturation.
