Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with burnished mahogany depths and a warm, honey-gold glow.
Nose
Rich dark fruits rise with raw honey, while cinnamon and ginger add warmth. Almonds and marzipan lend a delicate sweetness, finished by a soft vanilla sponge that lingers invitingly.
Palate
Spicy and refined, the palate opens with clove and cinnamon, ginger and pepper heat, yielding a fruit cake core. Apricot sweetness mingles with honey, guiding a long, satisfyingly warm finish.
Finish
Medium-long, sweet and spicy, with honeyed fruit lingering on the palate, followed by warm cloves and a soft kiss of chocolate.
