The English Sherry Cask is a superb Single Malt, and a great testament the their 18th year of distilling.

Wafts of rich dark fruits, almonds and vanilla are followed by a wonderful taste of fruit cake, digestive biscuits, honey and figs with a hintof chocolate, all topped off with a lovely long and sweet finish. Savour and enjoy.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich dark fruits rise with raw honey, while cinnamon and ginger add warmth. Almonds and marzipan lend a delicate sweetness, finished by a soft vanilla sponge that lingers invitingly.

Palate

Spicy cloves and cinnamon, ginger, pepper, fruit cake, apricots, honey.

Finish

A medium-long sweet spicy finish.
