This is a very rare Whisky that has been sleeping at the distillery for nearly a decade. Only a few casks were ever made due to the technical difficulty of distilling a high percentage Rye Whisky.
Beautifully rich and oily; slightly dry. Sweet and spicy with milk chocolate and orange citrus. A light herbal note of lemon thyme. Long dry finish.
