Aged in refill American Oak, this Whisky was distilled and casked in April 2010, bottled in April 2021. With 63ppm expect sweet burning embers and brine, with leather and light pear. Taste candied apples, pears and soft fruits, layered on top of a creamy, sweet and smokey palate.
