Released to commemorate St George's Day, The English Whisky Company have released a new batch of their excellent Rum Cask finished whisky. This whisky is unpeated and combines the distillery's fruity spirit and grain-forward character with sweet, rum-infused oak. The result is a tropical flavoured malt inspired by the Caribbean!

Nose

Bright tropical fruit on the nose—pineapple, mango and banana dance with a grain-forward freshness. The rum cask finish layers molasses, vanilla and toasted oak, a Caribbean sweetness weaving through caramel and gentle spice.
