Colour

Rich amber-gold with honeyed warmth and subtle copper highlights.

Nose

Opulent honeyed apricot and ripe peach greet the nose, layered with marmalade-rich botrytis notes from the Sauternes cask. Vanilla, almond paste and beeswax mingle with subtle toffee, orange zest and gentle oak spice, inviting a luscious, sun-warmed sweetness.

Palate

Opulent on the palate, honeyed sweetness intertwines with apricot, peach and candied citrus, carried by vanilla and toasted oak. The Sauternes cask finish imparts syrupy depth and a sun-warmed marmalade note, with wisps of spice and almond. Warm, full-bodied and velvety, it lingers with fruit-forward richness and a gentle, gilded oak finish.

Finish

Rich, long finish of honeyed apricot and dried peach, framed by vanilla and orange zest. Sauternes cask imprint adds a syrupy sweetness that lingers, rounded by subtle almond and spice, with a warm, lingering oak taper.
