Turntable returns with a new limited edition release. Track 04 - One Way or Another - challenges the notion that a higher malt content equates to a more premium whisky. This release consists of 78% grain whiskies and 22% malt whiskies. This lighter grain whisky delivers a nostalgic experience, featuring flavors of salted caramel, fresh citrus, walnuts, and warm banana. It’s a taste that feels just like home.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Pale straw-gold with a delicate sunlit amber hue.

Nose

Salted caramel mingles with bright citrus zest, opening the nose with sunny, inviting sweetness. Walnut notes unfold, followed by a gentle banana warmth, nostalgic and comforting. Light and grain-forward, it carries a creamy, confection-like character that hints at home and bakery memories.

Palate

Grain-led and silky, this palate opens with salted caramel and bright citrus zest, then walnut depth adds gravity. A warm banana sweetness lingers, wrapping the mouth in comforting, home-like warmth with a gentle oak finish.

Finish

Bright citrus zest lingers with salted caramel sweetness, softened by walnut tones. A warm banana echo unfolds, leaving a gentle grain-spun spice that slowly fades into a comforting, lasting finish.

Turntable
Turntable is a modern Glasgow-based blending house founded by brothers Alasdair and Gordon Stevenson, who bring more than 20 years of combined experience in the Scotch whisky industry. Created to challenge outdated perceptions of blended whisky, the brand produces characterful small-batch blends using carefully selected malt and grain whiskies, high-quality casks and a flavour-led approach. Its music-inspired identity reflects the brothers’ shared passion for whisky and creativity, with each release composed to deliver balance, complexity and a distinctive individual style.
