With over 80% malt content this is anything but your standard blend. This whisky is comprised of Speyside distillates matured in both 1st and 2nd fill bourbon barrels with a hint of peated whisky coming from the west coast Island of Mull. To round this blend off, there is a proportion of grain whisky finished in the finest sherry casks.
Bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered. A light yet harmonious composition of flavour. Orchard fruit, vanilla, light floral undertones and a hint of peat smoke.

Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a delicate copper edge.
Nose
Bright orchard fruit mingles with creamy vanilla and delicate white florals, carried by a soft malty backbone. A gentle kiss of Mull peat smoke appears on the breeze, while a subtle sherry-soft lift adds depth and refinement to the aroma.
Palate
Light, harmonious and refined on the palate: orchard fruits and vanilla glide over a silky malt backbone, with delicate floral lift and a whisper of Mull peat. A subtle sherry-cask finish adds gentle depth, leaving a clean, airy sweetness that lingers.
Finish
Elegant, medium-length finish: orchard fruit and vanilla linger before a gentle peat echo, while sherry-bright sweetness threads through the end. A soft, nutty warmth settles, leaving a refined floral lift and a clean, balanced finish.
