Palate
On the palate it unfolds like a campfire blaze, simmering with toffee, pears and raisins, crowned by cinnamon. Smoky Caol Ila notes mingle with Craigellachie’s stewed fruits, while Amarena cherry tang hints at red wine casks. A tender, creamy texture carries a warm, ember finish, with vanilla-caramel sweetness from the Virgin Oak. Balanced, smoky, and indulgent.
