Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a subtle copper glow, suggesting caramel, vanilla and toffee behind its gleam.

Nose

Vibrant vanilla from virgin oak frames caramelized pineapple and sweet toffee. Orchard fruit and biscuit add soft sweetness, while a subtle peppery lift from Benrinnes offers spice. A whisper of ex-Cognac barrel brings warm depth, finishing with creamy vanilla and a refined, tropical brightness.

Palate

Silky and vibrant, the palate unveils caramelized pineapple, vanilla, and toffee, with biscuit and orchard fruit notes. A subtle black pepper spice threads through the mid-palate, while toasted oak lends structure. The finish is warm and creamy, leaving lingering caramel and vanilla.

Finish

Long, velvet finish that lingers with vanilla and toffee, a kiss of exotic pineapple and orchard fruit, and a gentle biscuit sweetness. A subtle oak warmth from virgin cask mingles with a peppery lift, letting the fruit and caramel notes persist. The finale is polished, dessert-like, and warmly tropical as it fades.

Turntable
Turntable is a modern Glasgow-based blending house founded by brothers Alasdair and Gordon Stevenson, who bring more than 20 years of combined experience in the Scotch whisky industry. Created to challenge outdated perceptions of blended whisky, the brand produces characterful small-batch blends using carefully selected malt and grain whiskies, high-quality casks and a flavour-led approach. Its music-inspired identity reflects the brothers’ shared passion for whisky and creativity, with each release composed to deliver balance, complexity and a distinctive individual style.
