Aged in 1st Fill American Oak barrels, this Whisky was casked and distilled in February 2016 and bottled in May 2021. On the nose there is creamy vanilla, milk chocolate and toffee fudge. Spiked with green apple and orange acidity. Taste soft fresh mint with a hint of spice. With light notes of chocolate and fresh fruit.
