Debt Collector Whisky is the first-ever American-style corn whisky to be produced in London, launched in March 2025. Crafted from a mash bill of 75% corn, 17% barley, and 8% rye, it undergoes a three-day fermentation using authentic Kentucky bourbon yeast. The whisky is matured in charred virgin American oak, with the inaugural release comprising a blend of 3- to 4-year-old barrels.

Nose
Bright, sweet corn leads, balanced by vanilla, caramel and toasted coconut from virgin American oak. Subtle rye spice adds cinnamon and white pepper, while crème brûlée and baked apple lend orchard-fruit depth.
Palate
Creamy corn sweetness leads the palate, with vanilla, caramel and toffee unfolding against a backdrop of rye spice. Silky mouthfeel from virgin oak, toasting and char. Mid-palate adds hints of orange zest and popcorn, building a balanced sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with oak and spice lingering into a soft peppery fade.

Long, warming finish dominated by vanilla and caramel, with creamy corn sweetness and toasty oak. Subtle rye spice lingers, a peppery glow fading to a smooth, char-kissed echo that invites the next sip.
