Nose

Vibrant, fresh-cut grass softened by creamy vanilla and orchard fruits. Fresh flowers and a promise of sweetness.

Palate

Creamy malt anchors the palate, supported by sweet dried fruit, a touch of oak, and subtle toasted baking spices for a soft, warming complexity.

Finish

Sustained, mellow warmth lingers, weaving ripe fruits with honey and a subtle smoke, finishing in baked apricot and butterscotch.

The Cheshire is a single malt English whisky from Weetwood, based in Kelsall in rural Cheshire. Weetwood began whisky making in 2018 after almost 30 years of brewing with malted barley, with production carried out on site using English malted barley and soft Cheshire water.
