Nose

Vibrant, fresh cut grass softened by creamy vanilla and orchard fruits. Fresh flowers and a promise of sweetness.

Palate

Creamy malt and sweet, dried fruit. A touch of oak alongside subtle toasted baking spices.

Finish

Sustained, mellow warmth, ripe fruits and honey with a hint of smoke. Baked apricots and butterscotch.

The Cheshire is a single malt English whisky from Weetwood, based in Kelsall in rural Cheshire. Weetwood began whisky making in 2018 after almost 30 years of brewing with malted barley, with production carried out on site using English malted barley and soft Cheshire water.
