It is matured in American oak quarter casks—shaved, toasted, and re-charred to precise specifications—before being finished in European oak barrels for added complexity.

Natural golden-amber, a sunlit glow with honeyed warmth and bronze glints.
Nose
Vibrant notes of fresh-cut grass, softened by creamy vanilla and orchard fruits, with hints of fresh flowers and a subtle promise of sweetness.

Creamy malt and sweet dried fruits mingle with gentle oak and understated toasted baking spices, yielding a rounded, velvety palate with a quiet sweetness and a warming, lingering finish.
