Sunlit golden amber with honeyed copper undertones.

Nose

Green apple peels and dried stone fruits rise with milk-soaked cereals, while vanilla sponge cake and desiccated coconut hover over buttered toast.

Bright orchard fruits and baked apricots mingle with sprightly pepper spice, while gently charred oak and creamy vanilla provide a balanced, smoothly textured palate.

A long, honeyed sweetness lingers, tempered by a persistent peppery spice that keeps the palate warm and energized.

Bimber
Bimber was founded in London in 2015 by Dariusz Plazewski, drawing on his Polish distilling background; the name comes from the Polish word for moonshine. The distillery was built around traditional, hands-on whisky production at a time when English single malt was still a young category, with Bimber’s first casks laid down on 26 May 2016 and its inaugural single malt, The First, released in September 2019.
