Layer upon layer of peat smoke dominates the aroma, 208 PPM in intensity, mingling with medicinal iodine, sea-salt brine and ash. Beneath, rich sherry sweetness reveals dark fruit, fig and cocoa, with vanilla and spice adding a velvety coastal warmth.

Palate

Ferocious peat dominates the palate—smoke, medicinal iodine and sea-salt carried on a thick, oily mouthfeel. Brisk citrus zest and vanilla mingle with toasted barley and dark caramel, while the 58.5% ABV delivers a fierce warmth. The finish is long and ash-tinged, with evolving peat, spice and a mineral bite that lingers.

Finish

Long, ember-bright finish of dense peat smoke, sea-salt mineral and iodine. The warmth lingers as the smoke softens, with subtle vanilla and citrus peeking through before a final, polished charred-oak echo fades away into the senses.
