Palate

Silky, full-bodied and fiercely peaty, with iodine and sea-salt that cling to the tongue. Layers of dark chocolate, espresso and dried fig unfold over toasted American and European oak, a kiss of vanilla and spice giving warmth. The finish is long, mineral, and coastal, fading in smoke and refined sweetness.
