Fresh fruits, honey and white chocolate rise from the glass, tempered by creamy vanilla and smooth oak. A gentle Bourbon-influenced warmth threads through the aroma, hinting at the 30-year maturation.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied palate with a luxurious creamy mouthfeel. Orchard fruits mingle with honey, vanilla and white chocolate, guided by Bourbon-driven sweetness from first-fill casks and gentle oak influence. Subtle spice and toasted oak broaden the mid-palate, leading to a long, refined finish that remains creamy and elegant.

Finish

An elegantly rich and creamy finish that lingers long, with subtle notes of orchard fruits, honey and white chocolate drifting into a smooth, velvety reprise of oak.

Tomatin
(Tom-AH-tin) Established 1897, the Tomatin distillery can be found in the very remote Highland countryside about 25 miles south of Inverness. Like many distilleries over the years, Tomatin has experienced its share of closures. In February 1986 two Japanese companies (Takara Shuzo and Okura & Co.) purchased the distillery, of which Takara Shuzo proudly remains the majority shareholder.
