Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a delicate copper glow.
Nose
Fresh and refined, the nose opens with lemon zest and green apple, woven with soft orchard fruit and vanilla. A hint of honey and almond adds warmth, while a marine whisper of sea salt and coastal breeze lends a bright, mineral edge to finish.
Palate
Morning brightness on the palate: bright citrus zest and ripe pear mingle with vanilla and almond, carried by a subtle maritime kiss. The texture is clean and gently viscous, with soft spice and a hint of orchard sweetness from the refill cask. At cask strength, it finishes with lemon peel, light oak, and a saline sea-breeze note that lingers.
Finish
Long, maritime finish with sea-salt and lemon zest delivering a bright citrus lift, carried by creamy vanilla. Subtle almond and gentle oak drift in with a whisper of spice, ending in a warm, polished glow that lingers in a refined coastal echo.
