Soft grain and citrus zest open the nose, layered with vanilla bean and almond cream. Subtle peach and pear lift from a backdrop of coconut, white chocolate, and delicate oak. A touch of spice and the bold, creamy strength of the cask linger invitingly.

(CHEE-tah) Chita was established by Keizo Saji, Suntory’s second Master Blender, in 1972 on Japan’s Chita Peninsula. Located in Aichi Prefecture, the site was built to give Suntory a dedicated grain whisky distillery, complementing the company’s malt whisky production at Yamazaki and, later, Hakushu.
