Chita

(CHEE-tah) Chita was established by Keizo Saji, Suntory’s second Master Blender, in 1972 on Japan’s Chita Peninsula. Located in Aichi Prefecture, the site was built to give Suntory a dedicated grain whisky distillery, complementing the company’s malt whisky production at Yamazaki and, later, Hakushu.
