Tasting Notes
Nose
Assertive, mineral and herbal, with dried citrus and musky melon; spicy grape and barley mingle with vanillin oak, finishing with apricot Danish pastries.
Palate
Hot and spicy delivery with peppery vanilla, dry oak tannins, butterscotch, custard and honeycomb. Water calms things down a bit with more floral notes, coconut oil and sugared almonds.
Finish
Dark chocolate, peppery sweet oak, hot butterscotch and vanilla ice cream sundae, barley sugar.
