Matured in Spanish oak, it shows dried fruit, dark chocolate, spice and polished oak, with a rich, structured and warming finish.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights.
Nose
Rich notes of sun-dried fruit—figs and raisins—meet dark chocolate shavings, with a lift of spice. Polished oak and a whisper of vanilla smooth the aroma, while a resinous warmth hints at the Spanish oak influence. Elegant, inviting and distinctly premium in its aromatic reserve.
Palate
From the first sip, dried fruit and dark chocolate mingle with spice and polished oak. Spanish oak lends a structured, chewy sweetness with hints of coffee. At 56% ABV it stays warming and long, leaving a refined, oak-savoured finish.
Finish
Long, warming finish that lingers with dark chocolate and dried fruit, tempered by polished Spanish oak. Spicy notes of cinnamon and clove weave through the sweetness, leaving a refined, structured warmth that coats the palate and fades to a lingering cacao and oak echo.
