As a result, Yamazaki Mizunara Aged 18 Years is a pleasingly complex, rich and elegant whisky, where fruit, spice and wood notes engage to inspire the senses.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Rich and elegant, dark cherry and ripe peach surge from the glass, with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Underneath, a delicate wave of Mizunara sandalwood and a whisper of aloe lend a refined, resinous warmth that preludes the dram.
Palate
Subtly spiced organette with undernotes of Japanese incense.
Finish
Long and lingering, accentuated with clove, sandalwood and ?hints of dried coconut.
