Nose
Ripe melon, dried apricot, waxy quince jelly, freshly cut barley/straw, vanillin oak, dough like notes, almond/marzipan.
Palate
Frangipane, apricot jam, ripe melon and ginger, freshly sawn wood, vanilla, white chocolate, french toast, egg custard, aromatic spices, goosberry.
Finish
Musky white peach, apricot, ginger, runny honey, vanilla toast, sugared almonds, pear drops, spiced lemon curd, green fruit (fig and goosberry)
