Deep and rich aromas of dark fruit—figs in honey, chocolate-covered raisins and dates in cognac—alongside thick-cut blood orange marmalade, old leather, roasted Brazil nuts, caramelised waxy orchard fruits, aromatic spices, treacle tart, star anise, incense wood, old church pews and tea chests.

Palate

So mellow and inviting with dark chocolate, orange and ripe fruits (figs and dates); sticky toffee pudding, honeycomb and nut brittle, soft and subtle aromatic spices before more waves of chocolate, antique oak, leather and Saville orange notes on this luxurious mouthfeel.

Finish

Silky and mellow, with sweetness and spice lingering on a balanced bed of aromatic oak. A long, moreish finish that glides into velvet warmth, inviting another sip.
