Simply one of the most luxurious whiskies on the market. A blend of well aged malt whisky from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, combined with old stocks from Suntory's grain distillery, Chita.
Great combination of sweet, spice, oak, aromatics and fruit and all in perfect harmony and did i mention how luxurious the mouthfeel and finish is on this? This is evidence that BLEND is NOT a dirty word when it comes to whisky as this would be on my shortlist of the truly great whiskies of the world.

Nose
Sweet and aromatic friut, rich toffee, honeycomb, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, peach melba, black cherry, frangipane.
Palate
Rich and juicy delivery with notes of chocolate, cherry, marzipan, rum & raisin, mocha, mint (after eights?) peppery and aromatic spice, toasted vanilla, dark honey, gingerbread, treacle tart.
Finish
French toast, toffee, mocha, minty chocolate, black cherry, creme brulee, treacle sponge and vanilla custard.
