Nose

Opulent honey mingles with waxy citrus, bright green apple and toasted malt, forming a warm, inviting bouquet that hints at orchard freshness and a subtle malty sweetness.

Palate

Smooth and peppery with ripe pear, tangerine and exotic fruit moving through to spice and charred oak.

Finish

Medium-bodied finish with lingering notes of pepper and citrus.

Scapa
(SKAA-pa) Scapa was founded in 1885 on the shores of Scapa Flow near Kirkwall, making it one of Orkney’s long-established distilleries as well as one of the most northerly in Scotland. Scapa is one of only two distilleries on the island of Orkney, offering a stark contrast to its neighbour, Highland Park. Unlike the peated style of Highland Park, Scapa produces an unpeated whisky matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, resulting in a lighter, creamier, and fruitier profile.
